Criar entradas de caçamba

Objetivo

Criar entradas de caçamba na ferramenta RDO do projeto.

Histórico

Coisas a considerar

• Permissões de usuário necessárias:
  • Para criar entradas:
    • Permissões de nível “Padrão” ou “Administrador” na ferramenta RDO do projeto.
  • Para criar entradas pendentes como colaborador:
    • Permissões "Somente leitura" ou "Padrão" para a ferramenta RDO com a permissão granular "Somente entrada de colaborador" habilitada em seu modelo de permissões. Consulte Criar entradas do RDO como colaborador.

Passos

1. Acesse a ferramenta RDO do projeto.
2. Localize a seção caçamba.
3. Insira as seguintes informações:

   • #: This uneditable field counts the number of entries in a section (e.g. the first entry created will be # 1, and the second entry will be # 2).

   • Company: Select the company name from the drop-down menu. Companies must be added to the Directory tool to be selected in this drop-down menu. See Add a Company to the Project Directory.

   • # Delivered: Enter the number of dumpsters that were delivered to the site (if any).

   • # Removed: Enter the number of dumpsters that were removed from the site (if any).

   • Comments: Enter any comments that may be needed to further describe the entry.

4. Clique em Criar.
