Below are the notable changes to the Company level Documents tool in 2016.
Removed Hyperlinks To Recycled Bin Items In Documents Tool (8/17/2016)
When the 'New Documents This Week' list contains documents that have moved into the Recycle Bin, the hyperlinks that used to lead users to a blank page have now been removed. Instead, documents move into the Recycle Bin will no longer have hyperlinks.
Applied New Filter Paradigm To Documents Tool (8/17/2016)
Updated the Documents tool to add the new filter paradigm. When a user navigates to the Documents tool, the 'Filter Documents By' menu appears in the right sidebar. Now, after a user conducts a search, the search entry and filters appear at the top of the results page.
