Criar entradas de chamada telefônica

Objetivo

Criar entradas de chamada telefônica na ferramenta RDO do projeto.

Histórico

Coisas a considerar

• Permissões de usuário necessárias:
  • Para criar entradas:
    • Permissões de nível “Padrão” ou “Administrador” na ferramenta RDO do projeto.
  • Para criar entradas pendentes como colaborador:
    • Permissões "Somente leitura" ou "Padrão" para a ferramenta RDO com a permissão granular "Somente entrada de colaborador" habilitada em seu modelo de permissões. Consulte Criar entradas do RDO como colaborador.

Passos

1. Acesse a ferramenta RDO do projeto.
2. Vá até a seção Chamadas telefônicas .
3. Insira as seguintes informações:

   • #: This uneditable field counts the number of entries in a section (e.g. the first entry created will be # 1, and the second entry will be # 2).

   • Call From: Enter the name of the person who called from the drop-down menu, or enter a new name to add it to the entry. 

   • Call to: Enter the name of the person who received the call.

   • Start: Enter the starting time by selecting the hours and minutes from the drop-down menus.

   • End: Enter the ending time by selecting the hours and minutes from the drop-down menus.

   • Comments: Enter any comments that may help clarify the entry.

4. Clique em Criar.
