Objetivo

Personalizar as colunas na ferramenta Diretório de nível de empresa. 

Histórico

Você pode personalizar as colunas na ferramenta Diretório para mostrar dados relevantes para você e seu projeto.

Fatores a considerar

  • Permissões de usuário necessárias
  • Você só pode personalizar as colunas na visualização Usuários . 
  • A coluna "Modelo de permissão (atribuído)" é ocultada por padrão na ferramenta Diretório de nível de projeto.

Etapas

  1. Navigate to the Company or Project level Directory tool.
  2. On the right side of the header row, click the vertical ellipsis (⋮).
  3. Choose from these options:
    • Show a Column
      Place a check mark in the box next to column to show on the Directory page. The default setting is to show all available columns. 
    • Hide a Column
      Remove the checkmark from the box that corresponds to the column to hide on the Directory page. This immediately removes the column from the page. 
    • Reorder the Columns
      Grab the column name by the dots (⁞⁞). Then use a drag-and-drop operation to place the column into the desired position in the list. This immediately moves the column into the specified position.
    • Restore the Default Settings
      Click the Reset to Default link at the top of the drop-down menu. 
    • Set the Row Height
      Click one of the available Row Height icons to set the relative height of the rows in the table.

 Em versão Beta

Uma versão atualizada do Diretório do projeto está atualmente em versão Beta e pode ser habilitada no Procore Explore.

  1. Acesse a ferramenta Diretório de nível de projeto.
  2. Clique no ícone de configuração icon-ag-grid-table-filter-menu.png .
  3. Mova os seletores icon-toggle-on.png para ATIVAR ou icon-toggle-off.png DESATIVAR para mostrar ou ocultar uma coluna.
  4. Clique no X para fechar o menu.
