Objetivo

Adicionar um item a uma reunião usando o aplicativo do Procore em um dispositivo móvel Android.

Histórico

A Meeting Item (also called an 'agenda item') is a single, distinct topic on a meeting agenda. If you are facilitating a meeting using the Project level Meetings tool, you can add meeting items to any meeting that you create. 

Fatores a considerar

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Meetings tool.
      OR
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Meetings tool with the 'Manage Meeting Items' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.
  • Additional Information:
    • You can create meeting categories to organize your meeting items.
    • Email notifications are not sent to the assignee of a meeting item. However, the item will appear on their My Open Items list on the project's Home page. See View My Open Items in the Portfolio Tool.
    • The 'Meeting Origin' column reflects the 'Meeting #' the item was created in.

Etapas

  1. Acesse a ferramenta Reuniões usando o aplicativo do Procore em um dispositivo móvel Android.

  4. Toque em +Adicionar um item da reunião.
  5. Toque para inserir informações nos seguintes campos:
    • Título: insira um título para o novo item.
    • Data: use o calendário para definir uma data limite para o item.
    • Status: escolha um status para o item. 
    • Categoria: toque para selecionar uma categoria.
    • Anexos: toque para adicionar um anexo do seu dispositivo ou tirar uma nova foto com a câmera do seu dispositivo.
    • Atribuição: toque para selecionar um ou mais responsáveis. 
    • Descrição: insira uma descrição para o item.
  6. Toque em Salvar.
