Add or Manage Notes in a Bid Board Project
Objective
To add or manage notes in a Bid Board project in Procore.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions
- 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the company's Bid Board tool.
OR
'Read Only' permissions with the 'Can manage Notes and Tasks' granular permission enabled on your permission template.

Steps
- Navigate to the Bid Board tool in Procore.
- Open the relevant project.

To Add a Note
- In the Notes section, click the add icon.
- Enter your note.
Note:- You can mention a user by typing the @ symbol on your keyboard and selecting their name from the list. They will receive an email notification to notify them of the note.
- Links added to notes will appear as clickable hyperlinks. Other text formatting is not supported.
- Click Create.
To Edit a Note
- In the Notes section, locate the note you want to edit.
- Click the vertical ellipsis icon on the note.
- Click Edit.
- Update the note as necessary.
- Click Save.
To Delete a Note
- In the Notes section, locate the note you want to delete.
- Click the vertical ellipsis icon on the note.
- Click Delete.
Note: Deleting a note is permanent. - Click Delete to confirm that you want to permanently delete the note.
