¹  Users with the 'Create New Projects' privilege in Procore can also add projects to the Portfolio tool. See Allow Users to Create New Projects.

²  Users with 'Read Only' and 'Standard' level permissions can only view projects that they are marked as an 'Estimator' for, unless they have the 'Can Access Projects for All Users' granular permission enabled on their permission template.
