Compilar backups de medições do subempreiteiro com a ferramenta Medições

    • This table shows the differences in tool names (bold) and terms across the point-of-view dictionaries for Project Financials. These dictionaries are available in US English only. The default dictionary is designed for general contractors, which means that you will need to work with your Procore Administrator at your company and your Procore point of contact to access the other dictionary options.

Objetivo

Para compilar um backup medição do subempreiteiro como um administrador de medições. 

Fundo

Um backup de fatura gera uma cópia em PDF das faturas subempreiteiro de um contrato e as inclui no arquivo de backup como anexos em PDF. Os usuários podem compilar backups em massa, economizando tempo e eliminando a necessidade de exportar várias faturas e combinar arquivos manualmente. Os backups só podem ser compilados na guia Subempreiteiro da ferramenta Medições.

Pré-requisitos

Passos

  1. Navigate to the project's Invoicing tool.
  2. Click the Subcontractor tab. 
  3. Mark the checkboxes for the contracts for which you want to compile invoice backup.
     Note
    For a successful compile, place all of the contract's previously invoiced billing periods into the Closed status. See Edit Billing Periods. Never delete billing period if its linked to an invoice.
  4. Click Compile Invoice Backups.

For payors using Procore Pay, click here for additional steps.  

In the Compile window that appears for Procore Pay, mark a check box to include the item. Remove a mark to exclude it.

  1. Click Compile.
Exemplo

Este é um exemplo do e-mail com o link do arquivo para download. Para facilitar a identificação, o Proocore nomeia o arquivo: Backup da fatura do subempreiteiro - [nome do projeto] - [número do projeto] - [data] - [hora].pdf

Ao compilar o PDF para incluir em um backup, o Procore organiza as faturas por "Contrato #" em ordem crescente e aplica o número "Posição da fatura" como a ordem de classificação secundária. Isso garante que as faturas sejam apresentadas claramente em ordem lógica no arquivo de backup.
