Project Status Snapshots

The Company-level Project Status Snapshots tool simplifies how your team monitors and reviews project status snapshots of budgets for all your company's projects. This tool offers central access to these snapshots, removing the need to store them separately. Company Admins manage access using Procore's company permission templates in the Company Admin tool.

With Project Status Snapshots, users can:

Store project status snapshots for standard and custom budget views across all Procore projects.
Manage the approval status of project status snapshots for formal budget reviews.
Configure columns and apply filters to analyze snapshot lists.
Export project snapshot lists.

With the Project Status Snapshots tool, teams can view and manage the project status snapshots captured in the Budget and Forecasting tabs of their project budgets from one centralized location. Project users can perform additional actions with the project's Budget tool.

Project Status Snapshots is now Generally Available (08/11/2025)

Procore is pleased to announce the Company level Project Status Snapshots tool. Designed to work with the Budget tool's Project Status Snapshots feature, it allows teams to review all snapshots for a specific period across all projects in one place. It also eliminates the need to check each project individually to see company performance during your regular budget and forecast review processes.
